Pat's Training Log

3/3 - Eliptical 32 minutes and stairmaster - 15 minutes, level 10, 70 flights) - felt good ... getting easier.

3/1/09 - Trainig went well today. Behind the curve a bit .. working toward Mt Shasta hike in early April. 65lb pack on treadmill as high as it will go. 3 miles in 68 minutes. Shoulder straps a but uncomfortable and feet a bit sore ... benefit of having good hiking shoes - I had on cross trainig shoes.

4/9 - Getting back into shape. Current weight 210 ("El Gordo") and need to get to under 200... Bart and I have a friendly bet for a buck. Running was good - approx 3 miles ... and building up cardio. NEED TO KEEP GOING!
